Our Pasta Laboratory sits on the crest of a hill a short walk from the centre of Bath. Housed inside a Georgian terrace, it’s here that we host our open pasta making classes. We organise intimate events for pasta lovers in Bath, Bristol and the South West, welcome tourists to our cosy home, devise new recipes and make our fresh artisan pasta.
Our opening times to the public for our fresh pasta vary depending on pasta making classes scheduled for that week. We regularly prepare recipes for our pasta making classes and party orders. So we always have portions available for the public. You have to make sure you ask us in advance to save some for you, as our Crab and Lime and Blue Cheese and Cocoa Tortelli sell out pretty quick. Remember to contact us in advance so we can organise a time for you to collect at the Pasta Laboratory.
