Put your employees to the test in the ultimate battle to find out who will be... ‘The Pasta Corporate Master’

What does this involve?

StopwatchParticipants will be divided into teams then guided through 3 timed rounds judging them based on Quality, Speed and Presentation in order to create the perfect hand made Tortelli.
Harness key skills such as communication and decision making, choose whether to help a struggling teammate, or leave them behind? Group members who do not succeed to the final round will be chosen by their colleagues on how best utilize their skillset to effectively benefit the rest of their teammates.
Help encourage a positive company culture by allowing your team to collaborate in a less formal environment building trust and respect, essential for those looking to build a happy and efficient workforce.
To finish off the day, a special prize will be awarded for those teams who have earned it.
For larger group sizes, ‘The Pasta Corporate Master’ competition can be spread over a number of days to include all business members for a company wide event. Let us know so we can plan your experience accordingly.

We can come to you or visit us at the Pasta Laboratory, the second home of our founder, Federico.

What does this involve?

A hands-on pasta making experience where Federico will guide you into creating pasta from Tagliatelle, Tagliolini and our signature Hand filled Tortelli.
Star This experience includes a surprise for the Star Pasta Maker of the day!
The opportunity to keep your pasta creations to enjoy at home with some of our very own recipe cards.
Finish off your experience with a Q and A and fun facts about the history of Pasta.
