Federico is a skilled pasta maker
who uses traditional pasta-making methods and tools to produce all of Pasta Uliana’s authentic Italian pasta and loves to share his knowledge and techniques with others. He also has a background in event organisation and loves a party vibe, so you are in good hands no matter whether you are here to learn, connect or simply have fun. We can even crown a “Pasta Master” and “Pasta Corporate Master” or award a “Pass-Ta Bouquet” to the winning Hen at your event, adding a fun element of healthy competition to your party.

Pasta creation is an artform most people assume requires a unique skillset. My own journey of sharing my knowledge and practice through pasta making classes has led me to witness the joy, amusement and sense of togetherness, regardless of the level of experience. Little did I know that through holding different types of events this would lead to expanding our original pasta making classes into a range of tailored experiences.

Coming from a background in organizing events, my mission was to develop a service that caters towards everyone, whatever the occasion, whether you are here to learn, connect or simply have fun.

As a result, ‘Pasta Uliana Occasions’ was created in its uniqueness, and is the only brand to offer a complete collection of pasta experiences from classes to group events.
